Reporting & safety

You can report content (Moments) or another user, and block people you don't want to interact with. Our content and behaviour standards are in our Terms of Service.

Report a Moment (post)

Where: Open the moment card → open the context menu ("…" or long-press) → Report.

Flow: Choose a reason (required), add optional details if you want, then submit. You'll see a success message and can optionally Block the author from the same flow.

Reasons you can choose include: inappropriate content, harassment, spam, violence, hate speech, misinformation, copyright violation, self-harm, nudity, fake account, or other.

Report a user (profile)

Where: On the user's profile → menu ("…" or header menu) → Report.

Flow: Choose a reason (required), add optional details, then submit. You'll see a success message and can optionally Block that person.

You can only report someone you're connected with (a friend). You cannot report yourself.

Reasons you can choose include: spam, inappropriate content, harassment, fake profile, or other.

Block someone

Where you can block:

  • On their profile → menu → Block
  • After reporting a moment → "Block" prompt in the success flow
  • In chat/channel options → Block
  • Settings → Blocked People — view your blocked list and unblock anyone

Effect: Blocking removes your connection (friend link) and prevents them from contacting you. Existing 1‑on‑1 channels stay visible but are read‑only for the blocked person.

To unblock: Go to Settings → Blocked People → choose the person → Unblock.

Community standards & Terms

We don't have a separate "Community guidelines" page. Content and behaviour standards are in our Terms of Service: we may remove content that violates the Terms or the law, and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our standards.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your Rezonect account and all associated data at any time. The process is done in the app; we also explain what we delete and how long it takes.
